Position Overview
We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Area Customer Service Coordinator to support multiple law offices and corporate facilities throughout the Orlando area. This role combines administrative support, hospitality services, mail and print operations, and customer service responsibilities across various client locations. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, professional, and comfortable working in fast-paced office environments while delivering exceptional customer support.
This position offers the opportunity to become a permanent employee with Ricoh after 320 successful hours worked.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily operations across multiple customer locations
Provide administrative support including:
Calendar management
Mailroom and shipping tasks
Print room and document production support
Hospitality and conference room services
Operate and support print production equipment and office technology
Assist with onboarding and cross-training team members
Support implementation of new customer accounts and service expansions
Maintain Site Procedure Guides and ensure compliance with operational standards
Perform site inspections to ensure safety and service quality
Provide coverage for onsite staff absences, vacations, or training needs
Communicate effectively with customers and respond quickly to requests
Escalate customer concerns and assist with issue resolution
Collect operational data and assist with Monthly Operations Reviews
Travel between customer sites throughout the assigned operational area
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 12 months of related work experience required
Post-high school education preferred
Legal or hospitality experience is a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Reliable transportation required
Valid, violation-free driver’s license and minimum auto insurance coverage may be required per company policy
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs. as needed
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, and move between locations throughout the day
Frequent local travel between client sites required
Some assignments may require early morning, evening, or weekend schedule flexibility

This is a multi-site role supporting various client locations throughout the Orlando area
Parking will be provided or reimbursed
Candidates may be asked to report to alternate sites on short notice based on business needs
Work environments may include office and warehouse settings
