Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility required)
Travel: Approximately 75% local travel; personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursed)

About the Role
The Area Customer Service Coordinator supports daily operations for Managed Services accounts across multiple client sites. This role requires a hands-on, adaptable professional who can manage customer support tasks, assist with service implementations, and provide operational support across a variety of locations.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver operational support to multiple customer accounts within a designated geographic area.
• Handle customer service tasks including answering calls, managing mail/print jobs, changing toner, and coordinating service calls.
• Support onboarding, training, and cross-training of team members.
• Assist management with process improvements, compliance, and documentation.
• Stand in for absences or vacations of onsite staff as needed.
• Collect and report operational data, and provide feedback to improve customer experience.
• Maintain a customer-focused environment and escalate issues as necessary.

Qualifications
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum 12 months of related customer service or office experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations, handle pressure, and work effectively in a team.
• Valid, clean driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk between buildings, and perform moderate physical tasks.

• Experience in customer service or office/warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of account services and service delivery processes.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks.

Working Conditions
• Office and warehouse environments with standard lighting, ventilation, and noise levels.
• Exposure to tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting, and pushing/pulling equipment.
• Flexible hours and travel between sites may be required.
