Position Summary:
Area Customer Service Coordinator to support daily operations, implementations, expansions, and administration of Managed Services accounts across an assigned geographic area. This role requires versatility, strong customer service skills, and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments. The position involves onsite work at multiple customer locations and may require local travel up to 75% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily operations for all contracted services at assigned customer accounts.
• Assist management with process improvements, procedural testing, and operational compliance.
• Support Field Implementation Managers with new account setups and service expansions.
• Onboard and cross-train team members; maintain Site Procedure Guides and share best practices.
• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure service quality, compliance, and safety.
• Handle customer communications, feedback, and issue escalation in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform various operational tasks including mail delivery, print jobs, toner replacement, and service calls.
• Maintain accurate reporting and submit monthly expenses following proper coding requirements.
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum 12 months of related work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and reliable transportation; vehicle insurance per Ricoh policy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk between sites; moderate physical activity required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to adapt to changing situations and work under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork, judgment, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

• Fast learner with flexibility to cover accounts within 40–50 miles.
• Positive, professional attitude and commitment to service excellence.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
Work Environment:
• Office and warehouse settings with moderate noise and temperature.
• Some locations may open as early as 6 AM or close as late as 7 PM; schedule flexibility required.
• Business casual dress code; Ricoh reimburses parking and mileage.
Travel Requirements:
• Frequent local travel within assigned area; may require coverage at alternate sites.
