Detail-oriented and customer-focused Architectural Review Coordinator to manage homeowner architectural applications and support the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). This role serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners, coordinates ARC meetings, maintains accurate records within in-house computer system, and ensures all requests comply with governing documents and state law. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, HOA or administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
