Build relationships with bases, depots, primes, MROs, and resellers
Track installed systems, gather feedback, support continuous improvement
Maintain CRM forecasting and opportunity tracking
Travel up to 20% to bases, depots, integrators, and trade events
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years working with aircraft power electronics (400 Hz AC / 270 VDC / 28 VDC)
Experience as an aircraft electrician, avionics technician, or similar
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specs
Strong communication skills with both technical and customer-facing focus
U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BSEE/BSEET preferred) or equivalent military/MRO background
Nice to Have
Experience with DoD procurement, UFGS, USAF/USN/USMC standards, NAVFAC/USACE projects
This is a rare chance to move from wrench-turning to a high-impact engineering and sales career.
