We are looking for a motivated Appliance Repair Technician to join our team! No prior experience is required — training will be provided to the right candidate. This position involves both in-shop and in-home appliance repairs, offering an excellent opportunity to learn a skilled trade and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose appliance issues and perform necessary repairs.
Communicate with the parts department to obtain required components.
Inspect appliances for additional safety or performance issues and notify management if further repairs are needed.
Document all work performed accurately.
Stay up to date on technical bulletins and service updates.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace — both in the shop and in customers’ homes.
Keep track of all tools and equipment used on the job.
Demonstrate professionalism, strong communication, and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements:
Willingness to learn quickly and self-educate.
Ability to lift 100+ lbs using a dolly.
Must have tools or be able to purchase necessary field service tools.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
