Fortune 500 Banking Company is seeking an Analytics Assistant that Masters Excel and has lead assignment skills in CRV/Salesforce.

Job Title: Analytics Assistant
Pay rate: $25.69
Location: Irving, TX
Work mode: Onsite
Shift hours: Monday- Friday 9 AM -6 PM

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze and report on key business metrics.
• Manage and optimize lead assignment processes.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate and timely lead distribution.
• Maintain data integrity and perform regular audits to ensure system accuracy.
• Support ad hoc reporting and analytics requests from various departments.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications:
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, data visualization, and automation).
• Lead assignment skills in CRV/Salesforce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of additional analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
