AIR EXPORT CANDIDATE
PAY: $28hr
SHIFT: We need someone that can do Monday-Friday w/10:00am-7:00PM w/OT
TYPE: Temp for up to 11 full months
MISC: Must pass background & drug screen upon selection
•Must have industry experience in AIR EXPORT & CARGOWISE
•Excellence attendance required
•Must have a good working knowledge Excel
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and process international air export shipments from start to finish
Prepare and review export documentation (HAWB/MAWB, invoices, packing lists)
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and export requirements
Communicate with airlines, warehouses, and customers on shipment status
Schedule pickups, bookings, and track cargo movement
Enter and maintain accurate shipment data in systems (e.g., CargoWise)
