Qualifications
2+ years of experience in account management, order processing, sales support, or client-facing roles
Experience managing customer orders from entry through fulfillment
Working knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) and/or Red Prairie preferred
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional and client-focused approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues

Responsibilities
Process and manage orders accurately and efficiently from order entry through fulfillment
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order status, shipment updates, and account inquiries
Utilize JD Edwards (JDE) and Red Prairie systems to process orders, monitor inventory, and track shipments
Coordinate with operations, logistics, warehouse, and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with agricultural customers and business partners
Resolve order discrepancies, shipment issues, and account concerns in a professional and timely manner
Support sales initiatives and identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships
Maintain accurate customer records, order documentation, and account information
Monitor inventory availability and communicate potential supply or delivery issues proactively
Ensure a seamless client experience while meeting company service and performance standards
