The Agricultural Production and Trial Technician will be a key member of the carrot processing and Product Development team. This role supports the Product Development team by assisting with a variety of activities related to carrot evaluation, processing, and research.
This position is ideal for individuals passionate about agriculture who want hands-on experience in a safety-conscious, fast-paced, and high-demand environment. The role provides a unique opportunity to develop technical skills and contribute to agricultural innovation while building strong professional relationships in seasonal work.

Pay Rate:
$20.00 per hour
Schedule:8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (target ~16 hours per week; hours may be flexible based on project needs)
Experience Required:1–3 years (recent experience in an agricultural environment required)
Travel Requirement:Up to 10%

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with planting, evaluating, harvesting, and processing carrots
• Support carrot trials and product development activities
• Process carrots and collect meaningful research data
• Follow safety protocols and physical demand requirements
• Work collaboratively with team members while managing tasks independently
Qualifications & Skills
• 1–3 years of recent experience in an agricultural environment
• Experience with seed packaging preferred
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
• Strong attention to detail
• Safety-conscious mindset
• Clear, collaborative communication skills
• PC literate; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and email preferred
• Self-starter able to work proactively with minimal supervision
• Reliable and dependable
