We specialize in seed for pasture, reclamation, turf, and CRP—and offer expert guidance to help customers find the right solutions for their land and project needs.
This role requires a driven, customer-focused individual who can manage the full sales process—from identifying leads to closing sales and providing ongoing support. You’ll work directly with landowners, contractors, government agencies, and other customers to assess their needs and recommend the best seed products and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
-Provide expert, consultative sales support tailored to each customer’s land use goals
-Guide customers through seed selection for a variety of applications
-Respond quickly and thoroughly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
-Attend and represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other events
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and follow-ups
-Collaborate with internal staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
-Stay informed on industry trends, seed varieties, and land management practices
Qualifications:
-2+ years of sales experience (ag or seed industry preferred)
-Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-Agricultural, environmental, or land management background a plus
