Highly regarded and innovative Manufacturing Co. that specialize in the manufacturing of electronic components for the aerospace, medical device, and military sectors is actively interviewing for a Quality Manager. As the selected leader you will assist with:
· Lead the Quality team in creating meaningful corrective and preventive actions that improve systems
· Analyze quality data trends to identify root causes of defects
· Develop training plan for ensuring team members are trained on First Article Inspection Reports (serve as trainer when needed)
· Responsible for planning, developing, and directing quality assurance policies, programs and initiatives
· Directs process and product testing to ensure materials, parts and products comply with established quality standards and government regulations.
· Develops, implements and revises quality standards, tools and methods.
· Manage supplier audits and performance scorecards
