Job Summary

We are seeking an Aerospace Quality Inspector 1st Shift for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, mechanical, or aerospace inspection experience who are ready to contribute to a quality-focused aerospace and defense production environment.

The Quality Inspector will inspect aerospace components and systems, verify conformance to specifications, document findings, and work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve quality concerns. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed inspections of aerospace components, assemblies, and systems to verify quality and compliance.
- Use specialized inspection tools, measuring equipment, and established methodologies to perform accurate assessments.
- Document inspection results, quality findings, and nonconformance details clearly and accurately.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to address issues and support corrective actions.
- Follow established quality procedures, safety standards, and manufacturing requirements.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying trends, defects, or process concerns.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $23.00 to $32.00 per hour.
- Employment type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Shift: 1st Shift.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Perform comprehensive inspections of aerospace components and systems.
- Use inspection tools and equipment to measure, verify, and evaluate product quality.
- Document inspection results and communicate findings to internal teams.
- Support engineering and production teams in resolving quality-related issues.

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, mechanical work, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a Quality Inspector in the aerospace industry is required.
- Proficiency with inspection equipment, measurement tools, and quality inspection methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and follow inspection procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
- Must be able to complete a background check upon a conditional offer.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience inspecting aerospace assemblies, mechanical components, or precision-manufactured parts.
- Familiarity with aerospace quality standards, documentation practices, and nonconformance reporting.
- Experience working with engineering teams on quality investigations or corrective actions.
