Key Responsibilities

- Set up, operate, inspect, assemble, solder, deburr, or finish aerospace components based on assigned role.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, work instructions, and quality requirements.
- Perform inspections, measurements, documentation, and verification to support aerospace quality standards.
- Use appropriate tools, equipment, machines, hand tools, inspection equipment, or CMM systems based on position requirements.
- Maintain accuracy, cleanliness, safety, and quality throughout the production process.
- Work closely with production, quality, and leadership teams to meet customer and AS9102-related requirements where applicable.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Perform aerospace manufacturing, machining, inspection, assembly, soldering, deburring, receiving inspection, or molding work based on assigned position.
- Read blueprints, verify part requirements, and support tight-tolerance production standards.
- Complete quality checks, documentation, and inspection activities accurately.
- Support production schedules while maintaining strong attention to detail and workmanship.

- 1 to 2 years of relevant manufacturing, production, machining, inspection, assembly, soldering, deburring, or molding experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and technical documentation.
- Experience with CNC mill or lathe setup and operation required for machinist roles.
- CMM programming, CMM inspection, GD&T, and AS9102 familiarity required for First Article Inspector roles.
- Mechanical assembly or soldering experience required for assembler and solderer roles.
- Inspection experience, certification review, receiving inspection, or final inspection experience required for quality inspection roles.
- Ability to use hand tools, measuring tools, inspection equipment, or production equipment as required by role.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Aerospace manufacturing experience.
- Experience working with tight-tolerance components.
- Familiarity with AS9102, aerospace quality documentation, and customer specification requirements.
- Experience in a clean, regulated, or precision manufacturing environment.
- Prior temp-to-hire or long-term manufacturing work history.
