Aerospace Manufacturing Roles – Now Hiring!

?? 1st Shift | Mon–Fri, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM (OT as needed)
We’re hiring experienced professionals for multiple aerospace manufacturing roles. If you have recent, hands-on experience and can work independently, we want to hear from you!
?? Open Positions:
• Brake Operator (Level 2) – Set up and operate press brake machinery
• Welder (Level 2) – Perform MIG & TIG welding on sheet metal (aluminum & stainless steel)
• Laser Operator – Operate and program Amada & Bystronic fiber laser machines
? What You’ll Do:
Operate and set up production equipment (press brake, welding, laser machines)
Read blueprints and follow work orders
Perform quality checks using measuring tools
Troubleshoot issues and maintain production standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
? What We’re Looking For:
Strong, recent relevant experience (non-entry level)
Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training
Blueprint reading and mechanical aptitude
Experience with sheet metal fabrication (preferred)
ITAR compliant (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)
Able to pass background and drug screening
