Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Machining Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity in Fountain Valley, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing leader with strong CNC machining experience, aerospace quality knowledge, and the ability to guide machining teams in a precision production environment.

The Aerospace Machining Supervisor will oversee daily machining operations, support production schedules, improve workflow, and ensure parts are manufactured to strict aerospace specifications. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily machining department operations to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and delivery targets are met.
- Lead, coach, and develop machinists and machine operators to improve performance, productivity, and team capability.
- Coordinate workload, staffing, equipment, and resources to support changing production priorities.
- Monitor CNC and manual machining processes to ensure compliance with blueprints, engineering specifications, GD&T, and work instructions.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, throughput, equipment care, and waste reduction.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $95,000 to $120,000 per year.
