AppleOne has partnered with an Aerospace company in Corona, CA to assist with hiring a General Manager out of the Aerospace Manufacturing industry.

Salary range $80-$90 DOE

Strategic Leadership
• Develop and execute the company's strategic vision, goals, and initiatives to drive growth and profitability
• Collaborate with the management team to establish long-term plans and objectives for the company
• Make informed decisions to allocate resources effectively and optimize financial performance
• Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth and profitability

Operations Management
• Oversee Planning, Sales, Estimating, Purchasing and work closely with Production Manager, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to maintain KPI levels
• Demonstrate strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management
• Focus on continual improvement with a problem-solving mindset
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards

Safety & Compliance
• Encourage a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Maintain knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
• Oversee all regulatory audits and ensure organizational readiness

Leadership & Team Development
• Provide strong leadership to the management team and all employees, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth
• Inspire and motivate employees through exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Exercise excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels

Business Development
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and vendors
• Drive business development initiatives to support company growth objectives

Experience & Education
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in aerospace manufacturing
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and profitability

Technical Competencies
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management
• Comprehensive knowledge of aerospace industry regulations and standards (AS9100, ITAR, etc.)
• Experience with KPI development and performance metrics management
