We’re expanding our team and seeking experienced professionals with electrical components and aerospace industry backgrounds to join a high-reliability manufacturing environment. If you take pride in precision work and long-term career growth, we want to hear from you.

All roles are onsite in Van Nuys, CA

Compensation ranging from $21/hr.- $43/hr. DOE

Open Positions
• SMT Operators- Contract to hire
• Solderers - Contract to hire
• Test Systems Technicians - Contract to hire
• Quality Engineers- Direct Hire

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in your respective role
• Background working with electrical/electronic components in the aerospace or high-reliability industry
• Proven job stability clearly demonstrated on your resume
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
• Ability to follow strict workmanship, safety, and documentation standards

Preferred Certifications (Competitive Advantage)
• IPC-J-STD-001 Certification (Space Addendum strongly preferred)
• IPC-A-610 Certification
• NASA 8739.1 & NASA 8739.4 Certifications
