We are seeking an Admissions Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Kissimmee, FL within the education industry. 
The Admissions Representative will work in a fast-paced, student-focused environment where strong communication, persistence, organization, and professionalism are essential. Responsibilities

- Interview prospective students to assess their interests, goals, qualifications, and readiness to enroll.
- Make outbound phone calls and communicate by computer with prospective students, including a target of at least 100 phone calls per day.
- Explain program details clearly and professionally to help prospective students make informed enrollment decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-up activity, and enrollment progress.
- Build rapport with prospective students while providing helpful, accurate, and timely information.
- Support admissions goals by staying organized, responsive, and consistent with daily outreach expectations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $21.61 per hour.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Location: Kissimmee, FL.
- Schedule: Mondays through Fridays, 9-6, 10-7, or 11-8.
- Saturday schedule: 9-6.
- Must be flexible for any scheduled hours and a rotating monthly schedule of Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday.
- Mandatory overtime may be required as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Interview prospective students to evaluate interest, goals, qualifications, and enrollment readiness.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calling and computer-based communication with prospective students.
- Explain education program information in a clear, professional, and helpful manner.
- Support enrollment activity through consistent follow-up and accurate communication.

- Minimum Associate Degree required.


Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in admissions, student services, enrollment advising, call center, sales, customer service, or education-related outreach.
- Familiarity with higher education or university program enrollment processes.
- Ability to manage follow-up pipelines and maintain consistent communication with prospective students.
