Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
• 2-4 years of administrative experience
• 1-2 years in accounts payable/accounting or a similar role preferred
Knowledge/Skills:
• Highly proficient in MS Office Suites software, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
• Flexible and open to learning new technologies to improve efficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and in a team environment
• Multi-task oriented and able to manage tight deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills to efficiently assist internal/external customers
• Self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize diverse activities to meet critical deadlines

Responsibilities:
• Support Commercial Operations by managing formal processes (reports, information maintenance, process training) and professional communication (friendly, fluid, and precise)
• Provide administrative support through comprehensive knowledge of organizational policies, practices, and procedures
• Assemble, prepare, and distribute a variety of information
• Support order entry fulfillment processes
• Input customer information, paying special attention to specific agreements
• Handle team needs (new hire onboarding, etc.) and manage projects and special requests
• Establish and maintain a collaborative climate with internal and external customers to detect and solve problems
• Transmit relevant information on time to colleagues from other departments like Logistics and F&A
• Coordinate communication to internal stakeholders and M&S to deliver appropriate support
• Support internal teams in their order entry
• File documents to be archived
• Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases, generate reports and documents
