Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrator Assistant for a contract/temporary opportunity in Las Vegas, NV, supporting administrative operations within the tradeshow industry. This role is ideal for a highly organized, professional, and proactive administrative support candidate who enjoys working in a fast-paced business services environment.

The Administrator Assistant will play an important role in helping teams stay organized, prepared, and on track. This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to a collaborative workplace where professionalism, communication, reliability, and teamwork are valued. Candidates who enjoy supporting leadership, managing details, handling confidential information, and working with a variety of internal and external contacts will be well suited for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to teams and leadership in a fast-paced tradeshow business environment.
- Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors, clients, and other business contacts at multiple organizational levels.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
- Prioritize daily tasks, track deadlines, and support follow-through on administrative responsibilities.
- Collaborate with team members while also working independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation and Benefits-

- Pay: $24.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support administrative operations within the tradeshow industry.
- Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and business communications.
- Manage confidential information and daily administrative priorities.
- Communicate effectively with professionals across all organizational levels.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative, clerical, or business support experience.
- Experience or strong familiarity with the tradeshow industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing positively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and the ability to take initiative.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Adaptable and comfortable working with diverse teams, personalities, and work styles.
- Professional, reliable, and committed to supporting organizational goals and values.

Must pass background check-including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours based on show schedules and operational requirements. Work effectively in various indoor and outdoor environments, including all weather conditions encountered at show sites.   Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process efficiencies, maintaining a positive attitude, and demonstrating a willingness to learn new systems, procedures, and responsibilities.
