Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as an Administrative Support. The role focuses on administrative support, print/copy services, and general office operations within a fast-paced corporate environment. Responsibilities include setting up print jobs, handling basic office and mailroom tasks, data entry, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication skills, basic to intermediate computer proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Pay rate: $17.02/hr
Responsibilities:
• Perform daily administrative and office support functions
• Set up, process, and complete high-volume print and copy jobs
• Sort, distribute, and deliver incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Handle scanning, filing, document preparation, and data entry tasks
• Maintain accurate records and organized filing systems
• Provide professional customer service to employees and visitors
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and office inquiries in a timely manner
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and other office software programs
• Operate office equipment including copiers, printers, scanners, and postage machines
• Monitor and restock office and print supplies as needed
• Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Walk between buildings to complete deliveries and operational tasks
• Assist with lifting and transporting office materials and packages when necessary
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and confidentiality standards
• Support team members with additional office and operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of administrative, office support, mailroom, or print/copy experience preferred
• Basic computer, typing, and data entry skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50–55 lbs. as needed
