We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Specialist to support a dynamic team. If you excel at managing administrative tasks with precision and efficiency, and have strong skills in MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe, plus excellent verbal and written communication, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and communication across multiple teams using Outlook and Teams.
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations with Word and Excel.
- Maintain and organize files and documents in SharePoint.
- Support contract administration, including drafting, tracking, and filing contracts (experience a big plus).
- Coordinate office operations and assist with special projects as needed.
- Provide excellent administrative support to ensure smooth workflow.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners.
What You Bring
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
- Experience using SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat for document management.
- Prior experience handling contracts preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
