Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Sales Support professional for a direct hire opportunity in Mount Pleasant, SC. The Administrative Sales Support role offers the opportunity to be a key part of a small, collaborative team while providing high-level support for sales proposals, pricing coordination, CRM updates, database management, and client-facing communication. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, edit, format, print, bind, email, and track sales proposals using Microsoft Word templates.
- Support the director with administrative tasks, proposal preparation, pricing updates, and follow-up communication.
- Maintain accurate information in CRM systems, databases, spreadsheets, and internal tracking tools.
- Assist with pricing documentation, data gathering, and proposal-related information using Microsoft Excel.
- Manage multiple priorities throughout the day while adjusting quickly to changing deadlines and requests.
- Communicate professionally with internal team members, prospects, and clients via email and other business channels.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $45,000 to $50,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Work arrangement: 100% on-site in Mount Pleasant, SC.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Create and manage sales proposals using Microsoft Word templates.
- Maintain pricing, tracking, and reporting information in Microsoft Excel.
- Support CRM updates, database management, and follow-up communication.
- Provide administrative support to a busy sales and marketing leader.
- 3 to 5 years of administrative support, sales support, executive support, or related office experience.
- CRM experience is required.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manipulate Word templates and manage proposal formatting with accuracy.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, databases, and priorities at one time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy with data, documents, and follow-up.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and retain direction with minimal repeated instruction.
- Comfortable using multiple screens, multiple systems, and multiple databases simultaneously.
- Professional references are required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting sales, marketing, business development, or proposal preparation functions.
- Experience working in a small team environment with direct support to senior leadership.
- Strong work ethic, professional presence, and ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced office setting.
