Administrative Office Assistant
Location: Downtown Shreveport, LA
Pay: $15–$17/hour + Benefits
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Must Have: Reliable Transportation

Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones and provide front-office support
Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
Manage scheduling, filing, and email correspondence
Assist with office organization and data entry
Run local errands (bank, post office, deliveries)
Greet visitors and maintain a professional, welcoming environment
Support special projects and daily operational needs
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of office experience with stable recent employment
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Reliable transportation for daily errands
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
Schedule & Compensation:
? Monday–Friday, standard business hours
? $15–$17/hour, based on experience
