We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Operations Associate to support our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and has an interest in operational support. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate document processing and basic operational transactions while maintaining compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Retrieve completed forms from vendor websites and upload them for service request processing
Organize and move completed documents into designated folders for record-keeping
Create, process, and manage service requests for tracking purposes
Support service request processing across various operational departments, including basic money movement transactions and account maintenance activities
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized operational records
Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned
Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and operational accuracy
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and writing skills
Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Professional oral and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
