Administrative Operations Associate

Location: Gainesville, FL
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am to 5pm
Contract Duration: 6 months (possibility of extending)

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Operations Associate to support our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and is passionate about accuracy and efficiency.

In this position, you will be responsible for document management, transaction support, and assisting with general operational tasks to ensure compliance and smooth execution of day-to-day processes.

Key Responsibilities
Document Management
Retrieve completed forms from the vendor’s website and upload them for service request processing.
Organize and store documents in designated folders for accurate record-keeping.
Create and manage service requests to track workflow and processing status.

Operational & Transactional Support
Assist with the processing of service requests across operational departments (e.g., basic money movements, account maintenance).
Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at improving internal processes and workflows.

What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and writing skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
Demonstrated professionalism in both written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information appropriately.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical support role.
Experience in back-office operations, particularly in financial services or banking.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Comfort with handling sensitive data with discretion and professionalism.
