We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Operations Associate to support our operations team. This role is ideal for someone with the ability to handle multiple priorities, and an interest in working in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate processing of documents and basic financial transactions while maintaining compliance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Document Management & Retrieval
• Pull completed forms from the vendor’s website and upload them for service request processing
• Move completed documents into designated folders for record-keeping.
• Create and manage service requests for tracking purposes.

Transaction & Operations Support
• Support the processing of service requests across various operational departments, including but not limited to basic money movement transactions and account maintenance activities.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the development and implementation of operational improvements
Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace applications.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent data-entry and writing skills
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Professional demeanor in oral and written communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications
• Back-office operational experience, preferably in the financial or banking industry.
• Experience working in financial services or operations.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
