Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong QuickBooks experience to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling both administrative tasks and basic accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide general administrative support including scheduling, email management, and document preparation
-Maintain accurate records and organize files (digital and physical)
-Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with billing using QuickBooks
-Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial and operational information
-Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal team members in a professional manner
-Assist with reporting and other office-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
-Prior experience in an administrative or office support role
-Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (required)
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
-Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
