Looking to grow into an Executive Assistant role?
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a CEO/Managing Partner and gain hands-on experience supporting a high-level executive.
We’re looking for someone organized, responsive, and proactive — an admin professional ready to take the next step.
What you’ll do:
Manage calendars, scheduling, and daily priorities
Handle emails, calls, and professional correspondence
Coordinate travel and adjust plans as needed
Plan meetings, including logistics and catering
Interact with clients and external partners
Support both business and occasional personal tasks
Be a true right-hand — keeping everything running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
Administrative experience (1–4 years)
Strong writing and communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
Tech-savvy (Mac preferred)
Someone who takes ownership and stays one step ahead
