Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a temporary, 13 week opportunity in a healthcare services setting in Los Angeles, CA. This onsite, role supports the Case Management team by providing essential clerical and coordination assistance related to inpatient and post-hospitalization care.
This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with previous medical office or healthcare experience who enjoys supporting patient care teams behind the scenes. The Administrative Coordinator will work in a collaborative environment where communication, organization, teamwork, and responsiveness are key to helping clinical and case management staff operate efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Case Management team.
- Assist with coordination tasks related to inpatient care and post-hospitalization planning.
- Support problem solving by helping gather, organize, and communicate information accurately.
- Maintain clear written and verbal communication with internal healthcare team members.
- Use basic computer systems to complete administrative tasks and documentation support.
- Help ensure timely follow-up and organized workflow for case management activities.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $52,000 to $54,080 per year.
- Job type: temporary.
- Work arrangement: Onsite.
- Schedule: Part-time, 8:00 a.m. weekends, Saturday and Sunday.
- Additional weekday shifts may be possible if the employee is available.
- Candidate must be available Monday through Friday for orientation and training until training is completed.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Provide administrative and clerical support for the Case Management team.
- Assist with coordination of inpatient and post-hospitalization care activities.
- Support communication, documentation, and follow-up needs across the care team.
- Help facilitate organized workflows and problem solving for case management operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred based on role level.
- Previous experience in a medical setting required.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Critical thinking skills and strong attention to detail required.
- LA City Fire Card required within 6 months of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience supporting case management, discharge planning, patient coordination, or hospital administrative teams is a plus.
