Job Type: Long-Term Contract
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Required and Preferred Experience
• Experience working with property records, deeds, taxes, wills, or probate court information preferred
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads with accuracy
• Proficiency in data entry and recordkeeping
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

About the Opportunity
We are a recruiting and staffing agency partnering with a state department in Columbia, SC to identify a Program Coordinator. This is a long-term contract opportunity supporting a high-volume, research-driven initiative focused on asset recovery processes.

Position Summary
This role is responsible for conducting detailed research across a variety of data sources to gather information related to property deeds, wills, estates, probate court records, and tax data. The Program Coordinator will compile and validate large volumes of information for use by case analysts, requiring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct research across multiple sources including property records, probate court filings, and tax documentation
• Collect and compile high volumes of data for case analysis and asset recovery efforts
• Verify data accuracy and ensure validity of all collected information
• Perform detailed data entry and maintain organized records
• Support case analysts by preparing research findings and documentation
