Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team in a clerical, phone-based support role. This position primarily involves handling inbound phone calls and assisting insured members with questions related to their coverage.
Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding insurance coverage
Provide clear, courteous, and accurate information to insured members
Perform routine clerical and administrative tasks
Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications

Helpful, patient, and professional demeanor
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
Prior experience with medical billing is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

$13.00 per hour
