Review, interpret, and verify the accuracy of group medical reinsurance contracts, and communicate any new stipulations to the Stop Loss department.

Analyze and confirm the accuracy of fully insured carrier policies, including Group Health, STD, LTD, and Life/AD&D coverage.

Audit and approve new and renewal internal group instructions before distributing them to internal teams.

Maintain and update state licensing requirements for the TPA and all in-house Health & Accident-licensed staff.

Enter and maintain client information in the database and upload required monthly reports to the shared drive.

Send, track, and organize Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) for new vendors and partners, ensuring compliance and accurate spreadsheet maintenance.

Communicate with vendors (PPO, PBM, UR, etc.) regarding new and renewal group setup and updates.

Scan, file, and maintain digital and physical contract documents in shared drives and secure filing systems.

Communicate professionally and positively with internal staff to support departmental coordination.

Utilize strong typing, 10-key, and Microsoft Excel skills to complete daily tasks accurately and efficiently.

Demonstrate consistent, dependable, and efficient work habits in a fast-paced administrative environment.

Prior insurance industry experience is strongly preferred.

15/hr with full benefits
