We’re looking for a highly organized Claims Coordinator to support our claims operations across daily, litigation, large loss, and catastrophe claims. This role is fast-paced and varied, ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and keeping processes running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support including processing checks, creating claims, and managing documentation.
Assist with accounts payable, vendor invoices, and reporting.
Coordinate communications with internal teams and external partners.
Support team meetings, trainings, and audits.
Take on specialized duties such as litigation tracking, large loss support, or CAT response logistics depending on team needs.
Qualifications
Prior experience in claims, insurance, or administrative coordination preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of claims systems is a plus.
