What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events
Handling communications—email, phone, and in-person—with professionalism and warmth
Organizing and maintaining office systems, records, and supplies
Supporting project teams with logistics and administrative tasks
Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
Serving as a key liaison between departments and external partners
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years experience in administrative roles (coordination experience a plus!)
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Positive attitude, adaptability, and a team-player mindset
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with ease
