We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk/Cashier to join our team supporting the Traffic Division at the Clerk of the Courts in Naples, FL.

This position is responsible for processing payments, preparing reports, and handling monetary transactions using Excel and other internal software. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), has prior cashiering or payment processing experience, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Accept and process a variety of payments (cash, credit, checks) accurately and efficiently
Input and reconcile financial data using Excel and proprietary systems
Prepare and submit daily cash reports and documentation
Provide courteous, professional customer service to the public in person and by phone
Assist with data entry and administrative tasks related to court collections
Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial information

Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in cashiering, money handling, or customer payment processing (e.g., Amscot, banks, or retail)
Demonstrated stable work history
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using various software systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish – Required
High school diploma or equivalent

Location: On-Site | Naples, FL 34112
Salary: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Possible extension to 4:30 PM and overtime)
Job Type: Long-Term Temporary with Potential for Permanent Placement
