Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, greet visitors, and provide professional front-office support.
- Assist management and office staff with administrative tasks, scheduling, correspondence, and routine communications.
- Prepare, organize, maintain, and update files, records, documents, and company information.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain information within company systems.
- Handle mail, scanning, copying, filing, and general office organization.
- Support customers, vendors, and internal team members with professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits
- $27,000 to $32,000 per year.

- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with staff, customers, vendors, and visitors.
- Dependable, punctual, organized, and able to manage multiple routine priorities.
- Comfortable working in a professional, business casual office environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, office assistant, or administrative support role.
- Experience using common office equipment, including scanners, copiers, and multi-line phone systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, EXCEL especially, email, and basic computer-based recordkeeping.
- Prior experience supporting customers, vendors, or internal teams in a business office setting.
