We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to join our team in the Coraopolis area. This role is responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities of the Administrative Clerk:
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and records with accuracy.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and arranging travel as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks and special projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications of the Administrative Clerk:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
