We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. This role requires strong communication, computer, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to support day-to-day office operations with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, and document management Answer phones, greet clients, and route inquiries appropriately Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence and reports Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Assist with billing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and office supply orders Support team members with special projects and daily tasks
Qualifications: 3+ years of administrative or office support experience (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities High attention to detail with problem-solving mindset Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Schedule & Compensation: Full-time, $16 - $18, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
