We are partnered with a municipality looking to add (3) Administrative Clerks to their team. It is a very fast-paced and high-volume operation which encounters constant change as new procedures continue to be implemented.
Staff must be dependable and reliable, with a strong work ethic while maintaining a good attendance record at work.

*Indefinite Contract/temp work*


Duties:

Answer phones.
Filing. Copying, Scanning, emailing documents.
Data entry (Excel, Word, Specialized programs)
Computer monitoring for tracking system
Scanning, sorting, and distribution of all mail.
Maintain, organize, and audit the Personnel files in the Excel file log to track when the files are received, transferred, or archived.
Back-up to the Business office by processing food, laundry invoicing and Fire Watch report.
Cross training on all aspects of clerical duties to ensure staffing coverage and occasional overtime.
Compare various documents against each other to ensure accuracy and that there are no discrepancies in paperwork.
Process monthly reports.

We currently have THREE shifts available:
11am-7:30pm, Monday-Friday
8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday
7am-3:30pm, Tuesday-Saturday (Off Sun/Mon)
