Administrative Assistant to CEO
Location: Ventura, CA (100% On-Site)
Pay: $35–$37 per hour (DOE)
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (Direct Hire may be considered)
About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and polished Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO of a mission-driven organization. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and excited to contribute to a team that is passionate about making a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO
Coordinate and collaborate with multiple departments, including Events, Marketing, Donor Relations, and Grants
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare correspondence
Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Previous experience supporting senior leadership or executives
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Non-profit experience is a strong plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
