Want to kickstart your career in philanthropy? We’re on the lookout for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our Chief of Staff. If you’ve got a knack for organization, and a desire to grow in the nonprofit world, this could be the perfect fit,
What you’ll do: Be a part of a dynamic team with an impactful mission! You will keep schedules, meetings, plan events and attend after work events that the non profit sponsors. You will also help prep for events including catering, decorations, attendees, and vendors. It is an exciting position with a lot of potential for growth.
The qualified candidate will be able to be the first point of contact for the Chief of Staff, coordinate their calendar, reply to emails, calls, and other communications like a pro and support special projects and lend a hand wherever needed
What we’re looking for: Admin experience, helping with projects, a true multi tasker who thrives in an ever changing environment. Must have great time management skills.
Skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
