Real Estate Property Management/Homebuilder Company is seeking a strong Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative to start ASAP

-Location: Manteca, CA 95336
-Pay: $20/hr.
-Hours: 9am to 5pm
-Days: Monday to Friday
-Position: Temp To Hire

Job Responsibilities:
-Welcome residents, families, and visitors with a professional, friendly demeanor
-Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate department or team member
-Maintain sign-in logs and manage security badges
-Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
-Share information on community events, amenities, and services
-Track resident requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
-Schedule appointments and support administrative tasks (email, filing, faxing, scanning, photocopying)
-Keep the clubhouse clean, organized, and presentable
-Assist with planning and coordinating community activities
-Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
-Communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously at all times
-Work effectively with a high-maintenance board
-Stay calm under pressure and organized in a fast-paced environment
-Complete additional administrative duties assigned

Qualifications:
-Reliable, punctual, and dependable
-High school diploma or equivalent
-2+ years of administrative and customer service experience
-Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
