Growing and dynamic company in the Insurance industry is looking to hire MULTIPLE Administrative Assistant's
JOB DUTIES:
•Keep records and reports up to date
•Help maintain the budget plan
•Organize and schedule meetings and events
•Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities
•Handle technical issues in their area of expertise
•Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones, preparing documents
•File, fax, scan and photocopy documents
•Other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
•Type minimum speed of 40 wpm.
•High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
•College degree is a plus.
