Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office and project operations within a construction environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects on track and supporting multiple teams.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to project managers and field teams
Assist with scheduling, document control, and project files
Prepare and distribute reports, meeting notes, and correspondence
Coordinate vendor paperwork, contracts, and compliance documents
Answer phones, manage emails, and support office operations
Requirements
2+ years of administrative experience (construction or service industry REQUIRED)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Must meet minimum qualifications to be considered
