Monday–Friday | $26/hr | Temp-to-Perm
We’re seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a C-level executive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running with:
Complex calendaring & meeting coordination
Domestic/international travel planning
Executive gatekeeping and prioritization
Minimal direction needed—must be proactive and resourceful
Requirements:
? Previous C-level support experience
? Strong judgment and ability to prioritize
? Comfortable working onsite full-time in Orlando
