Administrative Assistant (Bilingual Korean or Mandarin)

We’re hiring 2 full-time Administrative Assistants to join our community-focused team. In this role, you’ll support nutrition education programs for children, adults, and seniors. You’ll teach classes, host interactive events, and help provide vital resources across Orange County.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver nutrition education at schools, senior centers, and community events
Lead interactive presentations and booths, and distribute educational materials
Administer surveys and assessments to track program impact
Provide excellent customer service in both English and your second language
Perform office-based administrative tasks (data entry, phone support, etc.)
Travel locally using your personal vehicle to various community sites (mileage reimbursed, must have own vehicle and insurance)

Languages Needed:
We are seeking bilingual candidates fluent in:
Korean
Chinese

What You’ll Need:
Strong public speaking and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Administrative experience: data entry, phone etiquette, etc.
Adaptability and a positive attitude
Preferred: Experience in nutrition education, teaching, social services, or nonprofit work
Education: AA degree or college coursework preferred (Bachelor’s a plus, but not required)
