Job Summary:
Our client, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant. This on-site, contract position will support the team with documentation, recordkeeping, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely documentation and recordkeeping in line with project requirements.
Create, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word (advanced proficiency required).
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts to coordinate tasks and share updates.
Review documents and data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Provide administrative support such as scheduling, data entry, filing, and maintaining project logs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Documentation & Recordkeeping – Beginner (1+ year of experience or relevant coursework)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Advanced (2+ years of hands-on experience)
Communication Skills – Advanced (verbal and written)
Attention to Detail – Advanced (proven ability to maintain accuracy in fast-paced settings)
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or some college coursework preferred.
