Job Summary

A property management team in Sherman Oaks, CA is seeking an organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, tenant communication, vendor coordination, and property-related administration. This contract/temporary opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented administrative professional with property management experience who enjoys a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

The Administrative Assistant will play an important role in helping the property management team stay organized, responsive, and efficient. Candidates can expect a professional office setting with collaborative teamwork, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to contribute to smooth property operations while building valuable experience in commercial real estate and property management.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the property management team.
- Assist with tenant communications, inquiries, follow-up, and service coordination.
- Maintain accurate property, tenant, vendor, and office records.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, schedules, and property-related activities.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, notices, and other documentation.
- Support vendor communication, scheduling, and general office operations as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Location: Sherman Oaks, CA.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support daily administrative operations for a property management office.
- Coordinate tenant, vendor, and internal communications.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, schedules, and reports.
- Assist with property-related activities, meetings, and follow-up tasks.

- Previous property management experience is required.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative or property management support experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking ability.
- Professional, customer-service-oriented approach when working with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to prioritize in a busy office environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior commercial property management experience.
- Experience supporting tenant relations, vendor scheduling, property documentation, or real estate office operations.
- Familiarity with property management workflows, lease files, service requests, and office coordination.
